When you hear the term cosmetic dentistry it really encompasses many different aspects of dentistry, whether it be porcelain veneers, implant work. There is a unique need for each individual patient. What is important is to treat each patient as an individual. Any treatment that we do is not approached like a cookie cutter approach. It’s very unique to that person and very customized. In fact, that's the most important aspect of the very first meeting is for myself to be a good listener, to understand the patient’s history, and to understand the patient’s goals. It is imperative that when I do cosmetic dentistry for somebody, whether it be veneers, or crowns, that it looks absolutely natural, that it’s something that a patient was born with, that they just had naturally beautiful teeth. And I think that is absolutely key to the success of any cosmetic work that I do.
